General conditions

All prices are incl. VAT and in Euro's.

For an overview of all extra costs, see menu Info at the top of the screen and select informatie, verzendkosten (in dutch, but understandable)

Orders are only accepted by mail or generated by this site.

Orders less then € 10,00 (exclusive shippingcosts) will not be accepted.

Order treatment only acceptable in Holland and the countries of the European Union: Belgium, Bulgaria,  Chech Republic, Cyprus(Greek), Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Finland, France, Greece, United Kingdom and North-Ireland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain and Sweden.

Deliveries to countries other then Holland can only be done by paying in advance (vooruitbetalen) or by Visa creditcard, Mastercard or Paypal.

Deliveries only to consumers, not companies.

Garantee on all products are equal to the garantee by the suppliers.

Images and colors can slightly difference compared to the original colors.

Order payment

All orders are payed in advance or by VISA creditcard, Matercard or Paypal for outside the Netherlands. Incasso is only for Dutch customers.

pay in advance (BANK):
After confirmation of your order wich is also your invoice the total ammount of the order can be transferred to our bankaccount. You will need the following number: IBAN NL18 INGB 0004332977, BIC / SWIFT: INGBNL2A.
With this number you can transfer the money by your own bankaccount to our bankaccount. When the total amount of your order is received on our bankaccount, the order will be sent immediately. A packinglist is added by your order, for your verification.
Pay attention! If we don't receive the payment within 14 days, your order automatically will be cancelled.


pay with VISA creditcard, Mastercar or Paypal (by Paypal):
After autorisation by Paypal your order will be shipped as soon as possible to you. Your creditcard will be authorized by Paypal and not by us anymore. When you have entered your creditcard information and confirmed it, you have immediately paid your order. A packinglist is added by your order, for your verification. Note: be sure you don't use a creditcard wich is only valid in your own country! There is an extra charge for paying wit VISA creditcards, Mastercard or Paypal : see shipping costs.

Shipping costs

Paying in advance for countries outside The Netherlands:

Order value € 10,00 - € 50,00 shipping cost = € 9,00.
Order value € 50,00 - € 100,00 shipping cost = € 5,50.
Order value above € 100,00 shipping cost = € 2,50.

Payments with VISA credtcard, Mastercard or PayPal:

Order value € 10,00 - € 50,00 shipping cost = € 9,00 + 3% of the total order amount
Order value € 50,00 - € 100,00 shipping cost = € 5,50 + 3% of the total order amount
Order value above € 100,00 shipping cost = € 2,50 + 3% of the total order amount

The 3% extra charge is not calculated in our internetshop, but will be calculated on the site of Paypal after you have filled in you name and adress information.

By given us a wrong adress or an incorrect shipping adress, or any other reason the material cannot be delivered at your place, you will be charged extra for shipping costs if the order has to be send again.

If it is our mistake the order will be send again free of charge.

Delivery date

When payment is received the order will be send the same day. Please noted: Delivery time is approx 3 - 10 days.

Garantee on products

By receiving a damaged product you need to claim immediately by sending us an e-mail.

You have the possibility to return the order or serveral products within 8 days, except books . This is only possible when the products are undamaged and unopened and not have been used. Return shipping cost allways for account sender, collect cost not accepted.

Manual for our shop

If you want to order some products in our shop, you can do as follows. When you have found a product you want to buy you fill in the desired amount of the product and you press the cart-button behind it. Then in the pop-up screen you press 'plaats in winkelmandje' to place the product in your shoppingcart. To add more procucts you press 'verder winkelen' (continue shopping).
When you want to place the order, select 'winkelmandje' (top of the screen) and select Afrekenen' (Send your order). In the next screen you select your country (Selecteer een verzendlocatie) and choose 'TNT Post' at 'Verzendmethode' (Shippingmethod).  Then press the button 'Veilig bestellen' (Order safe).  On the next screen press the button 'Ik keur de voorwaarden goed' (I agree with the terms) if you do. Then a new window will open on the site of Globecharge. Here you can fill in your personal details: first name (voornaam) last name (achternaam) street (straat) zipcode (postcode) city (stad) country (land) telephone (telefoon) email and optional a remark if you have one. If hou have a different adress for delivery, check the box 'Levering op een ander adres' and fill in the fields again. Also you can check the box 'Onthoud mijn gegevens voor de volgende keer dat ik uw shop bezoek' so the next time you visit our shop you don't have to fill in your personal details again, but they will be filled in by a cookie. When you have filled in everything, press 'volgende' (next). In the next sreen select your paymentmethod; pay in advance (vooruitbetaling) or VISA, Mastercard, or Paypal (via Paypal). At last press the button 'Verstuur order' (send order) complete your payment (if necessary) and your order will be processed. You will receive almost immediately a confirmation of your order with the details and very soon you will receive a personal confirmation from us with our logo by email (with payment information if you have chosen for paying in advance).

By placing an order, you are added automatically to our mailinglist. You will receive an e-mail in which you can confirm your registration by
clicking on the link in the e-mail. With this mailing (only in Dutch) we will keep you informed concerning new products, action and offers. These newsletters will also be placed on our site under nieuwsbrief.
Also you can be incorporated in our file without placing an order. Click on the following link, to fill in your name and e-mail: Register Newsletter

If you will not receive our newsletter anymore, you can click on the link in the newsletter to excuse you (= uitschrijven).
